Failure to provide satisfactory age verification will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any account balance.

2.2 Jurisdiction Restrictions

Our services are intended exclusively for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account creation and gameplay. You are prohibited from accessing no1jl services from jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal, restricted, or prohibited by local laws. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of our platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction of residence and physical location.

• You must not register or attempt to register an account on behalf of any third party.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your account credentials.
• You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, regardless of whether such activities were authorized by you.
• You must immediately notify no1jl customer support of any unauthorized account access or security breach.

2.4 Account Verification and KYC

To comply with PAGCOR regulations and anti-money laundering requirements, no1jl requires all users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide government-issued identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and any additional documentation we may reasonably request to verify your identity and residence.

3. Account Security and Responsibilities

3.1 Username and Password Security

Upon registration, you will select a username and password for accessing your no1jl account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must not disclose them to any third party under any circumstances. Your password must be strong, unique to no1jl, and not reused from other online services.

3.2 Prohibited Account Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension or termination:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games or manipulate outcomes
• Colluding with other players to gain unfair advantages in multiplayer games
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game mechanics
• Using virtual private networks (VPNs) or proxy servers to disguise your true location
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment methods for deposits
• Engaging in money laundering or other illegal financial activities through your account
• Conducting unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals after receiving gaming services
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing no1jl staff or other players
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal gain

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your no1jl account must be made using payment methods in your own name. Third-party deposits (payments made from accounts not registered to you) are strictly prohibited. Supported payment methods include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers from BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and other major Philippine banks, 7-Eleven cash deposits, and cryptocurrency (USDT). All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

Deposits typically appear in your account balance within seconds for e-wallet transactions and within 15-30 minutes for bank transfers. no1jl does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own fees. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but generally start at ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on account verification level and transaction history.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed after completion of mandatory KYC verification. You may only withdraw funds to payment accounts registered in your legal name. All withdrawal requests are subject to security review and may be delayed if suspicious activity is detected. Standard withdrawal processing times are 15 minutes for GCash, 30 minutes for Maya, and 2-24 hours for bank transfers, subject to banking system availability.

If we determine that you have engaged in bonus abuse or unfair play, we reserve the right to void all winnings derived from such activity, confiscate bonus funds, close your account, and report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant authorities if fraudulent conduct is suspected.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Grounds for Termination

no1jl reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you violate any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engage in fraudulent or illegal activities, fail to provide accurate information during registration or verification, abuse bonuses or promotional offers, or conduct yourself in a manner that we deem harmful to our platform, other players, or our business reputation.

9.2 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination, your right to access and use no1jl services immediately ceases. We may, at our sole discretion, confiscate any account balance obtained through violation of these Terms. Legitimate funds obtained through fair play will be returned to you following completion of all pending investigations and verification procedures, subject to deduction of any fees, charges, or amounts owed to no1jl.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of no1jl services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines.

11. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
